your expectations, return it. We will exchange items or, if you prefer, refund
your purchase price less shipping charges.
Our Black Hills Gold and Silver has a LIFETIME WARRANTY against factory defects
in materials and workmanship. We reserve the right to determine if the warranty
is valid or void due to abuse or neglect of the product. Defective items will be
repaired or replaced at our discretion. If a piece needs to be replaced and has
been discontinued, you may choose a piece of equal or less value or pay the difference.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt.
